An afternoon of fun and sports in the Park, with a barbecue and the FoSJP Kiosk providing refreshments, and a host of activities for all ages.
Shirley Parish Hall played host to an exhibition of historical information related to the Park and its surrounding area.
FoSJP joined forces with neighbours of the Park to have a fun-filled lunch in the Park, as part of a simultaneous lunch event across Britain, where the local community was invited to “bring and share” a lunch.
Another series of free activities for 0 – 5 year olds in the Park, on Monday afternoons throughout the Summer.
