Gardening in the Park

We hope that you've been able to enjoy the best of the late spring and early summer weather at St.James' Park!

The Park has many attractive features - the ParkLife Café, the Tennis Courts, the many play facilities for all ages, and a wide open space in which to exercise or walk your dogs - but it simply wouldn't be the same without the dedicated work of our volunteer FoSJP Gardening Team, which meets twice a month to look after the many and varied species of plants in the Park, and to maintain the Park's infrastructure, with help from the Council's City Parks team.

To see more of the fine work that they've been doing, please visit the FoSJP Gardening Team page.
